An employee of a major corporation is separated from employment due to policy violations. This separation begins a downward spiral which eventually leads to his believing the CEO of his former employer is responsible for his life’s failures which include a divorce and financial distress. The presenter will walk through the activities of the individual and his eventual communication with his former employer, revealing his movement from idea to action. Presenter will outline behavioral indicators for the audience as well as management activities used to manage the risk. This is an active case, some details will be limited or altered to protect those involved.
