From Fixation to Access: Applying Behavioral Threat Assessment to Returning Subjects of Concern

This will be a case study on Stalking, Escalation Risk, and Missed Intervention Opportunities.  The presentation will cover the behavioral threat assessment completed on a law student who years prior had been arrested for stalking one of his teachers when he was an undergraduate.  Despite this, he was later admitted to a legal studies program in the school of law at the same university where he’d been arrested years prior.
