The goal of the Global Team Collaborative is to enhance the knowledge and support the practice of interdisciplinary teams responsible for managing diverse behaviours or situations of concern. The Collaborative serves as an information exchange and resource center concerning the goals, structures, processes, operations, and outcomes of teams, focusing on both challenging issues and promising practices. The Global Team Collaborative is committed to promoting provision of services informed by relevant ethics, law, practice, and research, considering the global nature of the work we do and the diverse cultures, contexts and environments in which teams operate.
