President
Professor Gérard Labuschagne PhD is a Director of L&S Threat Management, a workplace violence threat assessment and management consultancy. He was the Section Head of the South African Police Service’s (SAPS) specialised Investigative Psychology Section.
Willy Meela
Vice-President
Mr Meela is currently the head of security for Old Mutual. He's an experienced senior manager with extensive knowledge and experience in operational aspects of physical security, crisis management, and travel security.
Rory Steyn
Board Member
Rory has a long and accomplished history in the South African Police. While in the service of the government he specialised as an investigator, intelligence field worker, and as section head of the police VIP Protection and Bomb Disposal Units.
Michael Pienaar
Vice-President
Michael Pienaar Michael Pienaar is the Managing Director: Forensics and Physical Security for Absa. He is recognised as an accomplished Security & Risk Managing Director with diverse and extensive global experience in various industries at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
Bronwynn Stollarz
Board Member
Bronwynn is currently a Director of L&S Threat Management, a threat assessment, and management company focusing on workplace violence and threat assessment. Before this, she was a Clinical Psychologist in the South African Police Service’s Investigative Psychology Section (IPS). Bronwynn was the Section Commander of Forensic Psychology, in the rank of Colonel.
Andrew Kelly
Founder Board Member
Andrew is currently the Senior Security Manager: Global Operations for Coca-Cola Africa. He is a corporate security specialist with substantial in-house corporate and government experience on a managerial level in multi-national companies. Andrew has worked extensively in Africa and the Middle East as a security expert.
