Bruce is the Executive Director of the Center for Safety Training and Development (C-STAD). His work focuses on behavioral threat assessment, violence prevention, and applied investigative analysis. Bruce integrates psychology, neurocognitive science, and structured analytic methods to better understand how grievance, escalation, and targeted violence develop over time. He develops training frameworks and analytical tools used by practitioners in law enforcement, education, and organizational safety, with an emphasis on early detection, multidisciplinary collaboration, and prevention-focused approaches.
